He’s Home!

Disciples of The Leader Otis,

Brother Henry here! He’s home! Leader Otis is home! Brother Oliver is trying to see if the Guardians brought any paperwork home with them so he can get a better idea of what happened at the specialty Bad Place, but so far all we know is that nothing conclusive was found and that some tests are still out. We did find a picture that the Guardians took at The Bad Place Tuesday evening though so what we do know is:

Otis recovering from anesthesia 071613

This is where Leader Otis was sleeping at around 7 pm on Tuesday…

Otis return from vet, 071713-19

… and this is where Leader Otis was sleeping at around 6 pm on Wednesday.

For right now, that is good enough for us. We will report more as soon as we are able.

So Says Brother Henry

We are happy that Leader Otis is home. We hope that he feels better soon. We are sending purrs for him. Bandit, Selleck, and Their Person, Emily.

  4. Brother Henry, we’re glad he’s home. We really hope to find out more soon–we just met you and we are very concerned about our new friend Otis. We hope he is well and stays well!

  5. We’re so glad he’s home! But wow, what is going on in that picture?? I swear the only thing I can think of is that they are trying to capture.. gaseous emissions? that can’t be right, can it?? Fingers and paws crossed for the outstanding results!!

    • The leader said there was warm air circulating in his cage at The Bad Place, so I think they are actually pushing air in rather than taking gas out in that photo. Thanks for the crossed fingers and paws! – Brother Henry

  6. I understand that happiness all too well. My Bianca kitty is coming home from the Bad Place today – she’s finally eating, keeping it down, and no longer severely dehydrated! Enjoy having Otis home 🙂

Happy to hear Leader Otis is home. We know the entire family missed him. Have faith, the top picture looks like the Specialty Bad Place People know what they are doing and really care. What nice snuggly blankets they provided. Sending purrs! Bongo, Pepper, Custer, Otis, Jack, Buster & Mattie, and their Mom, Nancy. ❤

  8. Baffled by the pale-blue snaky thing … dismayed that a kitty who’s already been so much has had to endure further trials … encouraged because He has Guardians, Brothers, a Knight, Mama Cat, and an online community of disciples on His side … anxious to hear further test results … and happy that He’s home. As someone once said in a TV show, “I’m having a lot of feelings right now.” But mostly, I’m happy that He’s home.

    • I think the snaky thing is a warm air hose, Rhiannon. Leader Otis said that He remembers being surrounded by warm air when He was waking up from whatever medicine they gave Him to make Him sleepy while they worked on Him.

Thanks for all of the supportive thoughts. We definitely all hope that a solution can be found for The Leader, and that He can put His current difficulties behind Him. – Brother Henry

  9. We are purring for the Leader and hope he will be okay.

  10. Poor Otis, he looks so tired in these pics.

  12. We are happy to learn the Leader Otis is home. We are sending him lots of purrs to feel all better soon. We hope the people at the specialty bad place can let your purrents know what is going on!

There’s no place like home. It looks like the people at the bad place knew that Otis is a Leader and did everything they could to make him comfortable during his tests. Get lots of rest, Leader Otis, while we all send healing thoughts to you.
