The Latest Local Limbo Kitty Appears

My Disciples,

It seems a new Limbo kitty now lives in our neighborhood. The Guardians have noticed him for a week or two, but we were finally able to snap some photos of him yesterday.

Hugo 1

We were finally able to get some photos of the newest Limbo kitty in the neighborhood.

The Guardians of Otis have not figured out who this new kitty lives with yet, but they are pretty sure he does have guardians. They have decided to call him “Hugo” for now.

Hugo 2

The Guardians are calling the new Limbo kitty “Hugo”.

Like most Limbo kitties, Hugo seems to be on edge most of the time. He is constantly looking over his shoulder as if someone or something might be out to get him.

Hugo 3

Hugo is tense, and constantly looks over his shoulder to see if there is a threat.

Sadly, he is right to feel unsafe. The world without walls is no safe place for a kitty. Hugo would likely have a longer, healthier life ahead of him if his guardians would keep him safely confined.

Hugo 4

The world without walls is no place for a domestic kitty.

The Guardians of Otis have tried to make friends with Hugo, but so far he is very skittish. Perhaps in time they will earn his trust and find ways to keep him as safe as they are able given the circumstances. And all of us will continue to do our best to spread The Good Word in the hopes that we can convince people that no kitty should be forced to live in Limbo.

So Sayeth Otis.

  1. 2 cats

Hugo is such a good looking cat, if he were mine I would keep him inside just so I could gaze at him all day!

  2. I continue to be amazed at the number of Limbo kitties in your neighborhood, Leader Otis.

  3. Oh Hugo looks so handsome and soft! I bet if he was safely settled in a nice warm home that he would love to be brushed all day long!

  4. I agree. He is a beautiful cat, but then again..they all are and deserve good Guardians.

  5. GiRRL_Earth

He reminds me of one of my rescues, which is a Maine Coon.

  6. Wow, I can’t believe Hugo’s guardians would let a beautiful cat like that roam around outside. He’s so pretty, I feel so bad for him!
He’s so cute I just want to pick him up and cuddle with him; anyway I hope you guys can help him.

  7. Poor Hugo. He is very handsome but he would be even more so if he wasn’t always on edge and looking over his shoulder. Mistletoe and I both lived in the world without walls. Things that are great fun at home are terrifying on the outside. Dogs, Humans and Recyle Containers are just a few of those things! Hopefully, Hugo will learn he is safe when the Guardians are around even if he must be alert the rest of the time.

  8. Hugo the handsome! I so hope he has a warm, snuggly bed to go home to every night ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. Aw, isn’t he adorable! Love his white tipped ears. Poor thing, how can anyone let such a gorgeous animal out to fend for himself?

  10. He is a beautiful cat – almost reminds me of little Gingi, a local limbo kitty from a few years back. At least it looks like his guardians brush him well.

  11. Oh that jump and crouch when a Limbo kitty is startled – so sad. There are so many dangers and the cat knows it. Purring him safe. Purring him encouragement to hang out in the sanctuary of your yard, Otis. He looks very sweet – and tense. So unfair!

  12. What a good looking guy Hugo is. We hope the Guardians can earn his trust.

He’s a furry Handsome Boy. Purrhaps he will meet up with MamaCat as long as efurrybody is, you know ::shhhhhhh:: tutored. And all.

    • I think he might have already met her, Spitty. I saw him jumping through an open window into Mama Cat’s house yesterday! I’m pretty sure he doesn’t live there, so he was probably there for a date! Or maybe a tutoring session? No, wait, thankfully you can only get tutored once…
