Thomas’s Tabby Tower Training: Part III

My Disciples,

Although Brother Henry was not completely satisfied with the way the training had gone, he decided to test what Thomas had learned about the Tabby Tower. He walked into living room and found Thomas lounging about near the tower. He said, “Oh my gosh! Thomas! Do you see that over there?” Only slightly interested, Thomas said, “Huh? See what?”

Brother Henry decided to test Thomas. He walked in the living room and pretended to see something.

Brother Henry said, “You don’t see that? Hmmmmm… what is that? It looks like…OHMYGOSH! IT’S A WIENER DOG!” Thomas’s response was immediate.

Brother Henry said he saw a wiener dog. Thomas responded immediately.

With lightning speed Thomas bolted up the Tabby tower. I have never seen him move so fast. He did not slow down until he reached the highest observation platform. Once there, he peered down wide-eyed.

Thomas shot all the way to the top of the tower like a rocket. He then peered down from above.

Brother Henry was very impressed with the speed of Thomas’s response. He let the kid off the hook, telling him, “Stand down, Junior Agent T! There is no threat. This was just a test, but you have passed with flying colors!” Thomas relaxed a little, but not all the way. He said, “Ok. Thanks Senior Agent H. Glad to know I passed. I think I’ll just stay up here for awhile if it’s all the same to you though…” Brother Henry said that it was. In fact, he said he would join Β Thomas and give him the final lesson of his tower training. He would teach him how to properly sit guard duty, and together they would keep watch throughout the night for any signs of LFDU activity.

I just had to look up what a weiner dog is! in the UK we call them sausage dogs.

I am very impressed with Junior agent T’s tower climbing

  2. Way to go Thomas! Those wiener dogs won’t get you.

  3. JAT is doing nicely! Bro’H has done a great job training him. Leader O, I believe he may be almost ready for an assign-ment….hmmmm…wonder if that is related to your treat-ments?

Wow, JAT can really move! Nice drill Senior Agent H! We detailed our experience in a reply to your comment yesterday. Please let us know if we can help in the training for LFDU. We remain ever vigilant!

Wow, who knew tower training was so involved. Way to go Thomas.

  6. Wow, that was pretty impressive, Brother Thomas! You’ve been trained well.

Well, if I didn’t know better (cough, cough) I *might* think the Junior Agent was simply trying to find a secure perch out of harm’s way rather than protect the Leader. But I know better, so I am sure such speculation is, ahem, completely unwarranted.

  8. Love the shot of Tomas leaping.
