The Leader Is Off the Wagon Again

Disciples of Otis,

Brother Oliver

Brother Oliver

As most of you are aware, Leader Otis has a bit of a catnip banana problem. I guess I should have been a little more respectful of His Otisnes during our Catlympic training earlier this week. I was just having fun, but it seems he took it personally and his feelings were hurt. He was so upset, in fact, that He has gone off the wagon. Brother Henry discovered Him earlier today, laying on the living room floor after a bender the likes of which has never been seen in this house.

Otis off the wagon

Brother Henry discovered Leader Otis laying on the living room floor. He had just been on a major bender.

Now I need to go and see if Brother Henry and I can wrestle those bananas away from The Leader. He can get a bit surly at times like these, so we’ll have to be very careful in our approach. Wish us luck.

So Sayeth Brother Oliver

  1. Holy Banana, Batman!!
Oliver, you are gonna need a net.

  2. Chris

LOL!! I busted out laughing when I saw this.

  3. Good grief, this is serious. I do know from experience with my own catnip- banana-addicted felines that it would be unwise to attempt to yank the bananas away from the Leader, as this will surely cause him to strike out. I would recommend waiting until the Leader passes out, and then gently slide the bananas away.
